Why/when did this start?
Happypolack.com started off as a kind of joke. I created a portfolio website, pnapieralski.com, to show off
my projects to interested parties. I showed it to my parents one day and they e-mailed me
the next day:
You can visit my website "happy polock" once you build it for me. You have a great website.

This joke could not be left unnoticed. The next day while working at the computer lab on my college campus, I created the banner and bought the domain (both happypolack and happypolock). Thus, the site was born!
What is the site's purpose?
Anyone can submit a joke, one-liner or funny quip to the site. The joke will, basically, be e-mailed to one of the administrators and will be added if it makes us giggle. In the future, there will be a way for the community to get involved with this.
Okay, anyone can submit stuff... why should I create an account?
If you create an account, you will be able to keep track of all the jokes you submit. You will also be able to create comments and rate jokes. These features and more will be added in the future.
What type of jokes are allowed at happypolack.com?
We are open to anything that the committee finds funny and relevent (eg, no long and boring anecdotes). There will also be more community involvement in the future, where jokes are rated by the users before being passed to us.
